Virtual Reality Consulting
We help organizations across every industry discover, adopt, and master virtual reality — from strategy through implementation.
What We Do
Virtual reality is no longer a technology of the future — it is a transformative tool available today. The organizations that embrace it now will set the standard for how their industries train, operate, and grow.
At Virtual Training Partners, we bridge the gap between VR's immense potential and the practical realities of implementation — guiding you every step of the way.

VR's benefits are uniquely powerful. With VR, organizations can train in ways they never before thought possible. But too often organizations jump into a new technology without a thorough understanding of how the technology can help them succeed. We make sure you understand what VR is, what it can and cannot do, and provide a detailed plan of how you should adopt it.
Finding the right partners and seeing your vision through to reality requires the experience and knowledge to navigate the VR ecosystem — from hardware manufacturers to software studios. We have the relationships and expertise to guide you from launch day and every day after.
Ethan is a trailblazer in virtual reality training technology. He was founder and CEO of Nsena, the first company to offer virtual reality training to law enforcement and corrections.
As well as providing pioneering VR technology to police departments, Ethan broadened the scope of simulator training to include de-escalation and community policing. Within corrections, Nsena worked with state departments of correction, providing solutions for both CO's and offenders.
Ethan collaborated with companies such as Verizon and Hewlett Packard to expand the limits of virtual reality. He has long standing relationships within the VR industry from hardware manufacturers to cutting edge research facilities.
Ethan sold the company in December of 2020 and now helps companies across all industries understand how best to adopt virtual reality, taking them step by step through the process of understanding their needs, selecting vendors and implementation.
